These people are wonderful! Help is always nearby whenever needed, and the staff clearly care about establishing a warm environment for tenants. Having had experience with distant managers who don't seem to care about anyone's concerns, life at Olive Pointe has been a breath of fresh air. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I have lived her now for about two months. Pros: great location right on the edge of midtown and right on Olive, hard wood floors, real tile floors in kitchen and bathroom and the walls of the shower, in unit washer/dyer hookups and the units are a fairly good size (my two bedroom has a hallway to give a little context of the size).
